Roadside assistance coverage

Every Arizona Car Sales Certified Pre-Owned and Value Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with complimentary roadside assistance available 24/7, 365 days a year and is included for the duration of the limited warranty coverage.

Areas of coverage include the United States and Canada and cover the following:

• Towing up to $100 per incident: If a non-accident related tow is necessary, your disabled Vehicle will be taken to the selling Dealer or nearest qualified Repair Facility
• Jump Starts: Service provided to start your vehicle because of a weak or dead battery
• Flat Tire Changes: Service provided to change a tire with your inflated spare
• Vehicle Fluid Delivery: Service provided to deliver gas, oil or coolant (cost of fluids extra).
• Lockout Assistance: Service provided to gain entry into your vehicle (key cutting/replacement extra).
• Concierge Service: Upon request, courtesy help and emergency phone call support is provided (notification to family, business associates, police, etc).

What is NOT an Arizona Car Sales pre-owned vehicle?

To become an Arizona Car Sales Certified Vehicle, a pre-owned vehicle has to be less than fifteen years old and have fewer than 100,000 miles on the odometer. It then has to pass a rigorous 100-point ride and drive inspection and an Experian AutoCheck® Vehicle History Report™ is also run to identify any vehicle that does not meet our strict standards.

The report is part of our 100-point inspection process, and it includes checks for:

• Flood vehicles
• Fire damage
• Frame damage
• Salvage vehicles
• Branded title
• Odometer issues
• Vehicle title history

Any item that does not meet these standards is not offered for retail sale as a certified vehicle and may be disposed of through auction or wholesaled venues. Certain vehicles that meet mechanical standards may be offered for sale as an “Economy” special without any warranty coverage.

These are not considered certified vehicles and, while Arizona Car Sales may offer them for sale, they do not come with certified warranty coverage or protection.

Any vehicles that have been altered from original factory standards are ineligible for warranty coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, cold air intakes, “lifted” vehicles and aftermarket non-OEM equipment such as wheels or items that affect performance. Certain high-performance vehicles are excluded from this program as well. Vehicles that fall into this category are: All 10 & 12 Cylinder Engines, Acura NSX, Audi RS8, BMW M, Z8 & 8 Series, Cadillacs with 4100 Engine, Corvette ZR1/Z06, Dodge Stealth, Dodge Viper, Ford GT, Hummers (Any), Jaguar (Any), Land Rover (Any), Motor Homes, ATVs or Motorcycles, Mercedes SLR, 600 Series and AMG, Mitsubishi 3000GT, Nissan 300ZX, Porsche (Any), Rotary Engines, Vehicles that are 15 years old or older, Commercial use vehicles such as dump trucks, snow plow trucks, etc.

If a certified vehicle showing a dealer warranty is included in the vehicle description, the vehicle must be purchased at “Everyone’s Price” to obtain that coverage. Please be advised that any discount or price concession from “Everyone’s Price” will result in an extended dealer warranty (other than Arizona Implied Warranty) through Arizona Car Sales being removed, as the vehicle is being sold for a discounted price unless the dealer provides coverage in a separate document. Vehicles sold under our “Guaranteed Credit Approval program” utilizing a non-prime or in house lender (for example, but not limited to a finance company), will NOT include warranty coverage but this coverage IS available for purchase in your financing. Extra keys, floor mats, owner’s manuals and other items that may have been available when the vehicle was new may not be available as a pre-owned vehicle. Therefore, the dealer is not responsible nor shall provide these items without providing, in writing, a promise to do so on a service due bill at delivery. We make every effort to provide accurate information, but please verify before purchasing as the dealer will not be responsible for any errors at or after delivery.
